Practice Areas

Receiving his legal training at a top twenty five law school in the United States, Mr. Pusch is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. In addition to earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Pusch holds a specialty certification from Emory in Corporate Law after completing the Transactional Law Certificate Program. 

Prior to joining McClanahan Powers, Mr. Pusch worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG). At the EEOC Mr. Pusch worked for an administrative judge on employment discrimination matters. He drafted opinions and worked on cases involving violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

At NAAG Mr. Pusch supported state attorneys general offices with legal research and training in number of areas including: copyright and trademark law, employment discrimination, housing discrimination, E-discovery law and consumer protection issues. Mr. Pusch drafted materials for national trainings on employment discrimination and helped create an intellectual property enforcement manual for prosecutors. He also wrote a civil rights bulletin on affirmative and defensive litigation issues involving discriminatory practices against protected classes.

A native Floridian, Mr. Pusch enjoys spending time at the beach, watching and playing soccer, reading, traveling and hiking.
