About Tyler Roth
Tyler is a seasoned litigator with numerous bench and jury trials under his belt in various jurisdictions. Tyler spent the first three and a half years of his career in private practice criminal defense and as an Assistant Public Defender in the City of Alexandria, litigating misdemeanors and felonies. Tyler then transitioned into civil litigation and transactional work, which involves serving as outside counsel to a multitude of businesses, while maintaining a small criminal practice. The areas of law Tyler currently practices include criminal defense, contract law, consumer protection law, construction law, intellectual property law, employment law, and creditor’s rights law to name a few. Tyler is a native of the Northern Virginia area, growing up and currently living in Falls Church City. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marymount University and then attended the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. When he is not advocating zealously for his clients, Tyler enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, reading, playing guitar, and going for walks with his girlfriend, Melissa, and dog, Rosie.
