The Virginia Business’ Legal Elite attorneys are chosen based on a survey of thousands of their peers, conducted in cooperation with the Virginia Bar Association. The winners are determined to be the very best in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and in within their various practice categories. This year’s Legal Elite includes 1,377 attorneys, about 22.5% of the 6,118 attorneys who were nominated by their peers. Dirk McClanahan and Robert Powers have been nominated in the past.
